Commercial and Multi-Family
Projects
We have helped businesses and developers in Whatcom, Skagit, and Island County build communities. Check out a few of our contributions to the careful growth of this area.
Semiahmoo Shores Multi-Family
Semiahmoo Shore is a large residential community located on the Semiahmoo Spit in Blaine, WA. These custom residential duplexes were developed on both shorelines. They provide beach access and spectacular views of Canada and coastal Washington.

Pacific Point Condominiums
Modern style condominiums were developed along the west shore of the Semiahmoo Spit. A minimalistic landscape plan was provided to compliment the architectural style of the building. The waterside units have easy access to a newly developed public trail along the water's edge.

This commercial medical facility was constructed just off Northwest Avenue in Bellingham, WA. The developers requested a simple, maintenance-free landscape that highlighted Pacific Northwest plant varieties to guests. The landscape included large rocks and cobbles to accent the Northwest theme.

Cordata Neighborhood Community
Cordata is located in the northwest corner of Bellingham’s urban growth area. This multi-phased residential project was developed to offer peaceful neighborhoods for first time home buyers and retired individuals. The project includes wildlife preservation and established community parks for recreation. The Cordata area has very specific landscape requirements and oversight from the City of Bellingham, Whatcom Community College as well as independent design review.

Whatcom Educational Credit Union
The main branch of the Whatcom Educational Credit Union is located on Holly Street in Downtown Bellingham. This development was one of the first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) projects in the city of Bellingham. The landscape plan required drought tolerant plants and water infiltration for the parking areas. A green roof was also implemented into the design to help achieve LEED standards.
